The CBL Waiver Form releases the organization from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in events, activities, or programs.

CBL is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from member interactions or participation in group events. Members participate in all activities at their own risk and must comply with relevant safety guidelines.
